After years of cooking in restaurants, they were able to craft their own unique dishes over time. Little did they know, these special recipes would pave the way for something bigger.

With 30 years of combined experience, starting Bali Thyme felt like the perfect next step. It was their chance to cook the way they had always dreamed.

It all began with an old red food truck, which laid the groundwork for what Bali Thyme is today. Despite working long hours, they still found the energy to work overtime to build their dream.

They crafted Bali Thyme from the ground up, using recycled materials. From hand-made signs to straw roofing, every detail reflects their dedication.

Every day, Mike and Griselle select the best ingredients to ensure you eat the best your money can buy.
